Unsure if we are a good fit? This trial period will run you through what a sample of “block” training is like and how to understand and measure your success in the gym. These sessions will get you started. Bring a friend, more the merrier!

1 on 1 Personal Training Workout Commitments

For those ready to make real change in their life: invest time with me in person or virtually to reframe your mindset, prioritize your wellness, and over all to work towards a higher level of self efficacy. You can train with me for 3-4 days per week, paying each month of the commitment.

Hybrid Online Programs

For those familiar with and comfortable in a gym setting who are seeking general support and organization in their training. I offer a mix of Virtual meetings and exercise programming. In addition to individualized workout programs you will also have access to:

  • Monthly check-ins on exercise form & technique

  • Monthly diet check ins and guidance if needed.

These programs will be progressed weekly.
